Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of teaching materials
  • Lesson Planning and Teaching
  • Work with students to solve issues relating to the respective assigned module(s)
  • Read and assess project proposals and/ assignments
  • Mark and grade all course work and assignments
  • To deliver lectures accordingly to course requirements
  • To liaise and work with Unit Coordinator/ module leader in the course delivery, if required

The successful candidates must hold:

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a regionally or internationally accredited institution in the related field
  • A minimum of five years industry experience, preferably in a related field. Teaching experience is an added advantage
  • Candidates must have qualifications that are conferred by education institutions which are recognised by the relevant authorities in the country or territory in which they are established and have not been conferred as honorary degrees
  • All candidates must possess good software skills in Microsoft Office/ Outlook and is experienced in teaching with Information Communication Technologies (ICT) or Learning Management System (LMS)
  • A passion for teaching with the ability to nurture and encourage excellence in student learning
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational and team working skills and academic administration skills
